Crochet Pattern 

Materials

• Cream/Off-white yarn (main color)

• Purple yarn

• White yarn

• Yellow yarn

• Crochet hook: 3.5–4.5 mm (depending on yarn)

• Yarn needle

• Scissors

Step 1: Make the Flower Granny Squares

Round 1 (Yellow Center)

• Magic ring

• Ch 3 (counts as dc)

• Work 11 dc into ring

• Join with slip stitch
  (12 stitches total)

Round 2 (White Petals Base)

• Attach white yarn

• Ch 3, 2 dc in same stitch, ch 1, skip next stitch

• Repeat around

• Join
  Creates petal spaces

Round 3 (Purple Petals)

In each petal space:

• (3 dc, ch 1, 3 dc)
  Repeat in every space
  Join with slip stitch

Round 4 (Square the Flower)

Attach cream yarn:

• Work granny-square corners around flower

• Use:

  • 3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc in corners

  • 3 dc on sides

This turns the flower into a square motif.

Step 2: Make Multiple Squares

Create 16–20 flower squares depending on desired size.

Step 3: Join Squares

Join using:

• Slip stitch join
  or

• Sew together with yarn needle

Arrange around border like image.

Step 4: Center Panel

Crochet a plain cream rectangle/square:

• Use single crochet or half double crochet rows

• Make center large enough to fit inside flower border

Step 5: Attach Border Squares to Center

Sew/join flower squares around the center panel.

Step 6: Final Border

Add scalloped edging:

In each edge space:

• 5 dc in one stitch, skip 2 stitches, slip stitch next stitch
  Repeat around
