Round 1:

Round 3:
Ch 2, 1 dc, 2 dc in next stitch repeat around. Sl st.

Round 4:
Ch 2, 1 dc in next 2, 2 dc in next repeat around. Sl st.

(Adjust rounds depending on size—you want a flat circle.)

🌼 Scalloped Edge

Round 5 (Scallops):
Skip 1 st, 5 dc in next st, skip 1 st, sl st in next st
Repeat around to create the petal edge.

Fasten off.

🌿 Leaves (Make 2)

With green yarn:

Ch 8

• Sc in 2nd ch from hook

• Hdc in next

• Dc in next 3

• Hdc in next

• Sc in last

Work on opposite side of chain:

• Sc, hdc, dc, dc, hdc, sc
  Sl st, fasten off.

Slightly curve the leaf when sewing.

Make 5–7 small bobbles:

Option 1 (Bobble stitch):

• Magic ring

• 5 dc bobble (leave loops, pull through all)

• Sl st and fasten off

Option 2 (Mini puff):

• Pull tight, fasten off

With green yarn:

• Surface crochet or chain a thin line across the circle in a gentle curve.
